Long-term rental
Monthly, quarterly and yearly rental of private parking spaces. Recurring and predictable. No paperwork, no reminders about notice periods — HeyParking takes all of that on.
This page shows how you can come in with your involvement.
In built-up areas demand for parking permanently outstrips supply — while private parking spaces, garages and underground bays sit unused, because renting them out founders on contracts, payment handling and trust. At the same time private charging infrastructure stays isolated: there are more and more households with a wallbox and photovoltaics, but no mechanism for sharing them.
Four answers to four problems.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly rental of private parking spaces. Recurring and predictable. No paperwork, no reminders about notice periods — HeyParking takes all of that on.
Hourly and daily booking. Creates extra parking where it is missing — the argument that matters to municipalities.
The private wallbox becomes part of the charging infrastructure. A wallbox can do more than charge its owner's car.
Digital space allocation and shared charging infrastructure for residential complexes, owners' associations and property managers.
ManglerViragHeyland UG holds the software, trademarks, domains and contract framework; it runs the 2026 pilot itself. From 2027 a separate company is planned for German operations, HeyParking Deutschland UG — making MVH UG the licensing company for the German and the European market. Operating risk from bookings, payments and parking-space use then sits with the operating company, while software and trademarks stay untouched by it.
The plan is staged: first one market that carries itself, then the markets most like it.
HeyParking is an official project idea of IBA Metropolregion München.
The municipality of Neubiberg resolves to become HeyParking's official model municipality.
Pilot municipality in the Munich district, go-live November 2026. Run by MVH UG itself.
Nationwide launch through organic channels, paid demand in the Munich metropolitan cluster.
Further metropolitan clusters and a broader B2B parking-management push via administrators and associations.
The first licence markets outside the group: Vienna, Zurich and Geneva — little linguistic or legal distance.
Paris and the Île-de-France, plus the Dutch market.
Broadening into three further EU core markets.
Portugal, Poland, Sweden and Denmark, then further markets.
